Information Azareah, Cepheon, Deimus and Draco are able to buy "The Sleeping Giant" Inn from Halia Thornton for a symbolic 1 Gold. This as a thanks for all their efforts in keeping Phandalin safe. But the Inn is in a horrible state and therefor they hire non other then the famous Neverwinter Carpenter: Mabraeck Oakbelt to completely renovate it into their own gambling hut: "Gwath's Gambling Galore". Mabraeck didn't even have to draw anything, because the whole project was drawn by Deimus the Trickster. There is place for a musician, multiple gambling tables, a nice fireplace and ofcourse a fancy bar.
