Basic Information:
Retired stonemason and widower. Once a craftsman who helped rebuild Sanctovar’s outer walls after the northern riots, Taren now lives alone in a small stone dwelling near Evermyst Lake. His hands tremble too much to work, but his mind remains sharp. Each morning, he visits a chapel steps to feed the pigeons and listen to the bells. When his name is read among those granted the Provision of Grace, he bows deeply — not to the priest, but to the sky. To him, it’s not a reward, but a reminder that the Flame still remembers the forgotten.
