Basic Information:
The Ordained Flames are the roaming agents of the Inquisition — enforcers, judges, and executioners who bring the will of the Flame beyond the walls of Sanctovar. Clad in black and crimson robes bearing the sigil of the burning sun, they travel through towns and villages to root out heresy, witchcraft, and corruption. Each carries an iron censer staff, its embers said to burn only in the presence of sin. They wield both sword and sermon, dispensing judgment through fire and steel. To the faithful, they are holy protectors; to the fearful, they are omens of death and purification. Where an Ordained Flame walks, the scent of smoke follows — and none can say if it heralds cleansing or ruin.
