Basic Information:
Halven Marr is a man of deliberate composure. His white-blond hair is kept perfectly trimmed, his posture impeccable. Every movement speaks of discipline — the stillness of a man who has learned to rule through control rather than charisma. His pale amber eyes, cold but not unkind, seem to weigh every soul before him. He wears crimson robes lined with black, the Crown and Flame sigil embroidered in gold upon his chest. At his side he carries the Torch of the Crown, a ceremonial staff whose flame never dies — symbol of his stewardship over Sanctovar and the will of the King.

Halven Marr serves as Voice of the Crown, the highest civil authority within Sanctovar. While the Inquisition governs faith and purity, Marr governs everything else — trade, taxation, infrastructure, and law. He ensures that the city runs efficiently, that its people obey, and that the Inquisition never oversteps its authority without reason. He is the mediator between the Crimson Guard and the Inquisition, ensuring both serve the King’s greater vision without tearing Sanctovar apart. To most citizens, he is the government — the unseen King made flesh.
